I thought, "Who am I to think I can write a book?!"<BR/>The reality was, I WAS writing a book. I had a book contract, so a publisher believed I could write a book too!!<BR/>It was a bad day, that's all. <BR/>On days like that, sometimes I walk away from the computer and allow myself a day (or two) off. But I always go back to writing. <BR/>I cannot NOT write.<BR/>I am a writer.<BR/>Even when the voice in my head tells me otherwise.<BR/>And--this is where a supportive, encouraging writers group is invaluable. One that believes in you on the days you don't.Beth K. The main island is the "editor" voice inside of us. But there are lots of other voices sending delegates to the editor island.
